South Peace Health Expo 2025: Connecting Community to Health Care

Dawson Creek, BC — The South Peace Primary Care Network (PCN), in partnership with healthcare and community partners, is hosting the first-ever South Peace Health Expo on May 1, 2025, at Northern Lights College. All are welcome from 4 – 7 p.m. at the CCET Building.

This free event will bring together health care providers, community service organizations, and community partners to share valuable information about primary care, wellness, and available health services in the region.

“Our community cares deeply about accessing the right care at the right time,” said Michelle Tonn, PCN Manager, South Peace Division of Family Practice. “This event provides an opportunity for community members to connect with health care professionals, learn about available services, and explore how we are working together to improve access to care in Dawson Creek, and the broader region including Chetwynd and Tumbler Ridge.”

The South Peace Health Expo will feature interactive exhibits, a scavenger hunt with prizes, and informational booths hosted by local health organizations and service providers. Attendees can engage directly with health professionals, ask questions, and learn how to support and navigate their health care options.
